One80 teams are global, with tech, developer, and social media teams internationally based across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Our team is growing, One80 is a mix of people with strong technical, business, and blockchain experience, needed to ensure One80 stays ahead of developments and changes in the Crypto and DeFi space.

### FOUNDER & CEO - Mark Shearer

Mark Shearer studied electrical and electronic engineering and systems design at university and has spent many years in engineering, alongside over a decade of experience in turn-around consultancy and sustainability advisory in organisations, and has supported the United Kingdom’s early adoption of sustainability best practices since 2008.

Able to provide a continuous improvement approach with the ability to drive change and success has resulted in the delivery of some of the largest sustainability projects of their kind in the UK.

After 22 years in business, advisory, and consultative background, the One80 vision was created to enable a shift in DeFi by looking at a blend of digital financial services alongside future sustainability proof of physical work projects for mass market adoption.

A phased approach will ensure the best C-level teams join and the budget is allocated in a timely manner. Bringing the right team is key to the project's long-term success to ensure consistent and sustained positive growth.

### TECHNICAL & DEVELOPMENT TEAM

One80 works with experienced project managers, smart contract developers, programmers, Web2, Web2.5 and Web 3 software developers. Our team consists of 40 people who lead the front and back-end development of the One80 protocol.

The teams are experienced, and able to work through any technical challenges jointly in the best interest of the One80 protocol, the teams can complete project aspects efficiently to the standard expected of users and our partners.

The chart displays the percentage segmentation of the project team during the first two years. Additional teams and support functions will incrementally increase over time.
